Engagement & Membership Terms

• Please review our membership terms carefully prior to purchasing a membership with us. In order to be fair to our customer, we will be unable to change our membership terms for anyone.
• In light of COVID-19, Yogacara/Advaita Wellness Pvt. Ltd has taken all our classes online. We are requesting active members to participate in these classes as we will be unable to provide membership extensions or refunds. All massage memberships are requested to converto to yoga memberships as well.
• We close on all major public holidays and during slow periods such as Diwali & Christmas we run a consolidated class schedule.
• Cost of trial classes are Rs 500 for Mumbai residents only.
• Our entire organization including Yogacara, is not dependent on any one teacher, therapist or team memmber. When you become a member at Yogacara or attend a training program with us, you buy into an experience - one of quality and consistency. Teachers, faculty members, therapists, and staff come and go. But Yogacara remains strong and committed to your training and wellness experience, delivering a consistently high level of service. Please note, we will be unable to give you a refund if your favourite team member, faculty member, teacher or therapist is no longer with us, or is unavailbale for a period of time.
• Yogacara takes photos and videos of our members and community - be it yoga classes, retreats, TTC, community gatherings, or other events. We use this material for our social media, promotions, and advertising, and also to enhance user experience. If you do not wish to be a part of this initiative, please write to us at info@advaitawellness.com and we will be happy to leave you out of our intitatives.
• In the event of a Force Majeure, Yogacara/Advaita Wellness Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its part of any membership services, payments etc if this failure or delay to perform is due to a Force Majeure condition, either wholly or in part such as floods, earthquakes, fires, epidemics, war, riots, strikes, labour troubles, accidents to machinery, direct or indirect acts, rules, regulations, laws or orders including restrictions on export/import and other rules passed or imposed by the Government or any other causes beyond the control of Yogacara/Advaita Wellness Pvt. Ltd.
