Developing the art of watching the mind as if it belongs to someone else is the route to a happy, fulfilled, and peaceful life. Only then, can your intuition begin to flow, and the solution to all of life’s problems be discovered.

Our meditation teachings are based on the ancient text of the Yoga Sutras.

 


 

Please note this is not a drop-in class. Only seasoned students truly wanting to practice meditation should fill out this form.

Meditation timings : 5:55 am (Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please note there is no speaking in this class. You must be able to sit for 50 mins without moving or making any noise.)
